Colors

Color replication on the banners shown are only a guide to the pantone colors on the finished banners. No color can be exactly matched due to the limitations of color reproduction on the web and the differences in different monitors.

Returns & Refunds

We do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase from Tradeshow Graphic Builder. If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged we will make every effort to ensure a replacement arrives quickly.

We are proud of our work and want to make sure that it is of the highest quality. If, however, we make a mistake on your order then we will happily either run a reprint or refund your money. Mistakes while ordering can happen so please be very careful when submitting your order that you are happy with all of your details. These details can not be changed once an order has been received

If returning a printed item please return it in the original packaging, unless badly damaged, with a letter explaining the problem. Please use a recorded delivery service.

Cancellations

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your banner has not gone into production, we will cancel the order and refund your money. Please bear in mind that each banner is unique and individual to the person buying it so we cannot sell the product again.

Service Levels

If you have ordered a graphic you have agree to the Service Level provided in your order detail. The following are the Service Level guidelines you have agreed to:

  • Standard - 3 to 4 Business Days Turn Around: All production turnaround times are based on Business Days only and Do Not include weekends. The order must be submitted Monday – Friday before 11 a.m. PST. If your order is received during that time, your product will be shipped out by 6 p.m. in about 3 – 4 business days.
  • RUSH – 2nd Business Day Turn Around: All production turnaround times are based on Business Days only and Do Not include weekends. The order must be submitted Monday – Friday before 11 a.m. PST. If your order is received during that time, your product will be shipped out by 6 p.m. on the second business day.
  • SUPER RUSH – 1 Business Day Turn Around: All production turnaround times are based on Business Days only and Do Not include weekends. The order must be submitted Monday – Friday before 11 a.m. PST. If your order is received during that time, your product will be shipped out by 6 p.m. on the following business day. Orders received after 11 am. PST on Fridays or on the Weekenddays will be treated as if received on Monday before 11 a.m. and will ship on Tuesday by 6 p.m.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. We assume any artwork submitted has been properly permitted, does not violate any copyright or trademark laws, and we take no responsibility for any verification. This responsibility soley lies in the hands of the person submitting artwork.
